Safeguarding at Trinity Church
At Trinity Church, we are committed to walking in the light.
We strive to be a transparent and safe community. We are “children of the light” (Eph 5:8). As such, there is no room in our church for abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, spiritual, emotional, or neglect). We do all that we can to prevent abuse and, when there is suspicion of abuse, or an allegation of abuse, we take it seriously by following our safeguarding policies.
Each one of us has a role in fostering a safe environment to thrive as children of the light. We have three ongoing safeguards to ensure that we continue to be a community of light:
