Calling all Pilgrims!
Join Father Matt in walking a pilgrimage from Trinity Church to the waters of the Icicle River near Leavenworth. The journey begins Sunday June 16th and ends Thursday June 20th.
What is a pilgrimage and why should you join? A pilgrimage is a journey to a holy place, a remembering of our relationship with God. In this case, the holy place is the Clifton Meadow, a sacred peninsula encircled by the Icicle River. And our relationship with God is as His beloved sons and daughters.
Can’t commit to the full five days? Consider joining just for a day.
Can’t make it for a day? Consider joining the pilgrims on one or more evenings around camp as they recount stories and rest tired feet.
Fellow pilgrims, it is time to walk!
Trinity Face to Face
Here at Trinity, we place a high priority on knowing each other “face to face”. We follow the example of Jesus in this regard. When we see each other, the seed of our beloved nature in Christ is watered.
You are invited to have your seed of beloved-ness watered over three Wednesdays during Trinity Face to Face 2024.
May 29 + June 5 + June 12
We will gather in the church basement to break bread at 5:30 pm. At 6 pm, we will spread out into this old church and meet in small groups. Over three Wednesdays we will ask three simple but deep questions:
How did you come to Trinity?
What is God doing in your life?
Why are we walking together?
Childcare will be provided for kids up to age 10. The night ends promptly at 7:30 pm.
In this age of full schedules and digital connections, ancient face-to-face practices become life lines.
Come, see and be seen!
Trinity Face to Face 2024.
note: if you can't come to all 3, no problem! Mark the ones you CAN attend, and then we can plan food accordingly.
